The 31 Collection is a nod to the classic numerology of Halloween, and an ode to vintage wear. Starting off in the Edwardian Era (1910s), we spring forward 31 years to fall upon the 1940s, and one final leap forward 31 years to land in the 1970s (Victorian Revival).
